This patch with nickel-plated D-ring can be attached with Clifton Urethane Adhesive to dry bags, Royalex® canoes and other vinyl (PVC) surfaces.
The patch diameter for these D-rings is 6 1/2" (16.5 cm).

Make sure to check your frame pipe size either LD (1.25in) or XD (1.5in). 

They are a heavy-duty plastic so they can clamp securely to the shaft without damaging the fiberglass/carbon fiber/epoxy shaft material.
