Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy's
All e-com, in-store and order by phone orders are subject to delivery charges if being shipped to customers. Freight rates provided on e-com sales are not always accurate and may be subject to changes in rates prior to shipping. We use 3rd party freight calculators and though most of the time they are accurate there are some items they simply can not accurately quote until the items or items are boxed or wrapped and ready for delivery. Larger items Specially kayaks are generally what will cause a rate change. We will notify you if we need to adjust the rate prior to shipping. For Kayaks, canoes and paddleboards we strongly recommend calling for a freight quote prior to placing the order as order cancellations and returns are subject to normal restock fees whether they ship or not (we do not get the merchant fees charges to us at time of sale back/refunded to us on customer refunds nor staff labor/ loss of time thus the restock fee). Kayak’s Canoes, SUP’s, Rafts, Wakeboards, Waterski’s, Tubes
- 0-15 Days from date of Purchase
These items may be returned for Product Exchange or Store Credit Only.
All items must be in clean & new condition, unused, complete with all tags, registrations, included accessories etc.
Rentals & Courses
- 10+ Days prior to course/rental date – refund minus 20% cancellation fee.
- 5-9 Days prior to course /rental date - refund minus 30% cancellation fee.
- 0-5 Days prior to course/rental date – refund minus 50% cancellation fee.
Final Sale Items
- This includes all items sold on Sale days, items on discount racks, used or demo items or any product discounted 20% or more.
Final Sale = No Returns, No Refunds.
- The standard refund policies mentioned above apply to all online purchases as well customers are responsible for freight charges when sending products back to Just Liquid Sports or the manufacturer. We also do not refund original freight charges!
All items are subject to their original manufacturers warranty and approval by both Just liquid Sports and the manufacturer:
- We are happy to take care of the warranty process for you.
- If we have stock of the item we will proceed with a in-house warranty replacement as long as it falls within within manufactures warranty period and policy.
- Customers are responsible for freight to return defective items to Just Liquid Sports or manufacturer as well as freight to ship the replacement item back to you.
- If manufacturer has approved warranty however is unable to provide an exact replacement product then the customer will be offered a full in store credit.
- No cash refunds.
- Original freight is not refunded.
To process a warranty claim - Please either follow manufactures warranty (available on their websites) and/or please email [email protected] the following:
- proof of purchase (original receipt or order number)
- numerous photos of the flaw or failed item
- serial numbers, and any tags attached to the product containing any manufactures dates, product numbers or sizing.
We will respond as soon as possible after we submit a claim to the manufacturer on your
behalf. This may take upwards of 48 hours so please be patient.
